Trading Faces

Well, Summer is here isn't it? I'm burning up, my cat just lays in the front bushes and my steering wheel feels like a stove eye . But, thats the only negative things I've got to say about living in Florida. I love it here. And, I love this weather.
Unfortunately, it makes it a little uncomfortable for the tgirls wanting to dress. Who wants to wear hosiery, extra layers, or a wig right now? That's why I love clip-in hair extensions. You can buy them at Sally's beauty supply stores in almost every color. I've been putting them in more and more clients hair these days. I even wear them. If you find the picture of me in a leopard print top, dark hair, under a tree....the most of that hair is clip in extensions. I know what some of you pessimist are thinking.. "easy for you to say, you have hair to clip on".
Well, thats not always the case. I have clients with very little hair and I've made it work. So, if you are thinking about trying them, email me and we'll chat.
Now, my thoughts on long sleeves and hosiery in the summer. Most women won't wear them. My solution is bleaching the hair arms or wearing long sleeves that are sheer. If you choose to bleach arm hairs, you can buy Sally Hansen body hair bleach in most drug stores or department stores. It is easy to use, and most people wouldnt even notice the change. Yet, it allows for short sleeves.
 Light colored dress slacks and capris are another way of looking sleek and staying cool. If you choose to wear them, you can wear knee-highs in nude colors. Then pair them up with neutral tone shoes, a pastel blouse and you are ready for a summers night out.
